LinDel has been a spiritual seeker most of her life. When physical, emotional or relationship challenges got tougher, she sought deeper paths to healing and wholeness. Sharing the teachings and tools that work for her has become part of her medicine in assisting others on their journey of healing and awakening.
LinDel has been teaching tai chi and qigong meditation for 12 years and has had a personal practice for over 35. She combines these Eastern energy practices with crystal, sound, and ancient Earth-based shamanic healing techniques for modern-day, over-stressed people seeking alternative methods of healing and self-care. She also facilitates group sound healing sessions during Cacao Ceremony + Drum Circle events and the Full Moon Yoga and Shamanic Sound Healing events..
She studied for several years and earned certifications in various energy medicine modalities including: The Alexander Method® of Vibrational Sound & Energy Therapy (she is currently studying the Advanced Skills level); Shamanic Energy Healing with The Four Winds Society; Medicineway Crystal Healing – Levels I-III with Irma StarSpirit Turtle Woman. Her healing sessions are an intuitive mix of these methods, depending on the needs of the client.
