What is Qigong?

Qigong is an ancient health practice which is rapidly gaining popularity in the West. The exercises typically utilize the following:

  • Gentle movements
  • Breath exercises
  • Mental focus

Regular Qigong practice works towards developing a state of relaxation and the improvement of overall health.
