I began my journey with yoga in 2005. In the beginning I thought it would be a nice stretching class for my tired mama body. But it didn’t take long for me to realize that it was much much more than that. As a lifelong curious learner and spiritual seeker, I soon discovered the mind-body-breath connection-and this was something that kept me coming back and going deeper than I ever imagined. In 2019, I went to Bali for a month to complete my 200 hour YTT and was trained under the effervescent Silvia Mordini. It was a life changing experience for me and I knew that I would be a teacher for the rest of my life.
The pace of my classes are based on the energy in the room, but always consist of breathwork, a vinyasa flow, and a meditation. My goal is for you to not only fall in love with the power of yoga and all it can do for your body—but for you to want to go deeper. It will improve and enhance every part of your life, if you let it. I love to sprinkle little bits of wisdom and inspiration into my classes. You will leave my class vibrating a little higher and go out into your day with peace and love.
When not practicing yoga I can be found enjoying my beautiful life with my husband of over 30 years and our 3 amazing-and-pretty-much-grown-up children. I write, I travel, I cook…and I have a lot of fun. I so look forward to practicing with on the mat with you.
