Tap Into Wellness: Mindful Eating Through HeartMath

When you enroll in the Tap into Wellness™ program, you will gain practical yet powerful tools to respond better to stress and to live a more conscious life, starting with what you feed your mind and your body.  You’ll be amazed at how many areas of your life that chronic stress can impact, from brain fog to poor nutrient absorption.   Through the HeartMath® program, a scientifically-proven method of increasing resilience in order to respond more appropriately to stress, you will start to find the calm within the storm.  You will also learn how to use these tools to eat mindfully, including making conscious, healthy food choices and listening to your intuition about what your body is telling you.

 

This class may be for you if you are having difficulty with:

  • Fatigue and overwhelm
  • Achieving your dietary and lifestyle goals due to lack of inspiration
  • Sleeping due to a racing mind or digesting food due to lifestyle/emotional state
  • Binge eating, experiencing overpowering food cravings, or emotional eating

Personal Investment: $180.00 for all 4 weeks.  Early bird discount: $160.  Cost includes book & materials.
